Mia has started holding her own bottle!

She wants to do it all by herself, even if that

means she gets a squirt of milk in the nose! She loves to

pull it out of her mouth, look at it, and then stick it back in. Silly Baby!

The 4 month checkup

August 10, 2009

Mia went to the doctor today for her

check up and for shots. I was able to

go with this time and I hated seeing her get her shots:(

She still weighs 14lb12oz. and is 25 inches long. 75percentile for both.

The doctor gave the go ahead for cereal (mom has been sneaking it for a couple weeks)

and said to start foods in 2-3 weeks. She was super happy at the doctors office (until shot time).

Update: Mia's reflux is doing better -she's on meds for it.

We decided to take advantage of

the nice weather and take Mia on her

1st picnic. We invited Lindy and Alex and we

all headed to Heritage Park. We had a great time!

We had Erica and Stacy over today for

lunch and a playdate. We had lots of fun catching up and

making cute headbands. The girls had lots of fun playing together

and then we had a fun photo shoot with the girls in matching outfits.

It was fun to see the 3 girls together- We were all prego together!

Adelyn is 2 1/2 months

Mia is almost 4 months

Bridget is almost 5 months

Mia and I headed Downtown for

First Fridays with Lindy and Alex.

Mia was a good baby and we had lots

of fun looking at art, and hearing the street
