Kiel's First Father's Day

Mia and I surprised Kiel with

breakfast in bed, a digital frame with

Mia's pictures, and a hour message.

Then the Tompkins came over

and we grilled Steaks. Then we

played games.

My mom and her husband, Ray, just bought a lot

to build on. They closed on Monday and will start the

building process soon. I am sooooo

excited for them.

We had a fun playdate with Bridget. Its fun to

catch up with our friends and see their new accomplishments

Our One year anniversary,

Mia's two month birthday, and our first time

away from Mia

Kiel and I celebrated our one year

anniversary today by going to the movies.

We left Mia with Lindy and we went to "The Hangover"

at AMC Cinema Suites.

Mia is TWO MONTHS old.

Update: She is sleeping for 6 hours at night, grasping and batting at

toys, and rolling from tummy to back. She is smiling and laughing

and cooing. She weighs 12 lbs.

Mia had such a busy Saturday. We had a garage

sale and then headed to Mike and Heather's house for

Tommie's 4th birthday party. Mia had lots of fun playing with Katelyn

and all her toys (Katelyn is 4 months old).

Today Mia played outside in her

new hat (I have been looking for hats

that fit her little head and finally found

one!) She was such a happy baby today! We even

captured a smile!
